What is your shipping Policy?
Free shipping (when available)is for standard shipping only(Ground Shipping). Dimensions over 30"x 40" will most likely arrive in a crate. Shipping worldwide is mainly provided by FedEx. The second Day through FedEx, FedEx Overnight, and Bay Photo Rush charges will be additional charges. Please refer to my Shipping Policy for more detail.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final; however, exchanges under specific criteria. Please see the details in the returns & exchanges section. Only credit will be issued. Once the order is received, the fulfillment lab will start the order the next day. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks before you get your artwork.
Will the artwork come signed?
Unless specified by the request, which also comes with an additional charge, the short answer is no. This website produces quality "open editions" (not a numbered edition) through a fulfillment center that does my work. I wouldn't say I like digital signatures on an expensive piece. The location and signature are not automatic from this lab or me. It's too difficult to expect a lab to have hundreds of files for my extensive collection of images. I would instead send a certificate to you with my signature and location upon request. For local customers, you can bring me the piece/s, and I will personally sign it myself for free.
How can I keep up with your new work?
Due to Coved-19, I'm not currently signed up for the show circuit this year. I'm leaning towards canceling all future shows since there is no exact resolution towards the safety and profitability in maintaining this path. Most of my travels, when safe to do so, will continue mostly in Europe. I have been and will continue to resort to my vast archives of pictures and post them on the website. I will also advertise and market this website through email campaigns and Facebook.
