All efforts will be made to deliver your artwork in a manner consistent with exceeding your expectations.

We would like to emphasize that all orders are final.

There are no returns or refunds. Special circumstances may allow credits with a restocking fee of 15% if the piece is in perfect condition as sold. Customer would be responsible for cost to return/ship it to us and for us to re-ship a new piece to them.

All rush orders will be charged a 20% surcharge.

All pricing, changes or modifications to images, and shipping times are subject to change at artist discretion, or due to unforseen circumstances of material shortage, or mechanical or third party issues. Artist reserves the right to modify and change images that best defines his quality and standard upgrades at his own time intervals without notifing customers. Artist will always try to update those changes via website and catalog, but will not guarantee up-to-date notifications when purchasing an image at an art show or through the website at time of purchase.
