Company Policies
All efforts will be made to deliver your artwork in a manner consistent with exceeding your expectations.
We would like to emphasize that all orders are final. There are no returns or refunds. Once an order is placed, the customer will have 24-hours from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. If order was paid for by credit card, there will be a 5% charge deducted from refund due to credit card processing fees. Special circumstances may allow exchanges for artwork (NO REFUNDS) already purchased and received and/or ordered but not yet produced, which may include a restocking fee. Customer would be responsible for all shipping costs related to exchange.
Rush orders are subject to a 20% surcharge, and/or expedited shipping charges if requested. We use FedEx Ground and UPS Freight for most deliveries (no signature required, unless specifcally requested and paid for). Sizes of 40x60 and up will require a signature.
All pricing, changes or modifications to images, and production schedule are subject to change at artist discretion, or due to unforseen circumstances of material shortage, or mechanical or third party issues. Artist reserves the right to modify and change images that best defines his quality and standard upgrades at his own time intervals without notifing customers. Artist will always try to update those changes via website and catalog, but will not guarantee up-to-date notifications when ordering an image at an art show or through the website at time of purchase unless specifically agreed to.
