All efforts will be made to deliver your artwork in a manner consistent with exceeding your expectations.
We would like to emphasize that all orders are final. There are no returns or refunds unless otherwise specifically agreed to between Artist and Customer. Once an order is placed, the customer will have 24-hours from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. If order was paid for by credit card, there will be a 5% charge deducted from refund due to credit card processing fees. Special circumstances may allow exchanges for artwork (NO REFUNDS) already purchased and received and/or ordered but not yet produced. Customer would be responsible for all shipping costs related to exchange.
We use FedEx Ground and UPS Freight (no signature required on sizes up to 30x45, unless requested). It is Customer's responsibility to notify Artist if they will be out of town and if there are certain dates that order should not be shipped.
All prices INCLUDE SHIPPING & HANDLING, so if you are a local customer (Phoenix area), please call us to place your order. Once the order has been processed online, we cannot refund the S&H costs.
All pricing, changes or modifications to images, and production schedule are subject to change at artist discretion, or due to unforeseen circumstances of material shortage, or mechanical or third party issues. Please also keep in mind that the edges of certain images may get wrapped around the wood frame (canvas) in the final product. If you are concerned about that happening, please let us know via email that it may be an issue and we will try to avoid that happening (it can't always be fixed).
FYI, un-stretched canvases are also available (please email or call us to discuss).
